Nicole began her career in the industry as a Christmas Casual receptionist at seventeen, before moving into invoicing and administration the following year. After completing her studies, she worked in customer service before returning to reception four years later.

Her proudest professional achievement was being awarded Employee of the Year during her time with Hilton, recognised for her dedication to providing high-quality customer service and her willingness to support other departments whenever needed.

What Nicole enjoys most about her role is having the opportunity to connect with a wide range of people and learn their stories.
