Leaza began working in the industry in 2022 and brings strong leadership and people management experience to her role. One of her proudest professional achievements was solely managing a workforce of 1,400 staff across Victoria in the IT sector, where her contribution was recognised by the company’s CEO.

Leaza enjoys being someone people feel comfortable turning to, whether it’s to navigate a challenge or celebrate a win. She values creating workplaces that feel supportive, fair, and positive, and believes good leadership is about staying calm in the chaos, backing your people, and bringing a human approach to the workplace.
