About the Role
We are currently seeking a reliable and professional Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every interaction is a positive one, while keeping day-to-day office operations running smoothly.
This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service experience who takes pride in creating great first impressions and keeping things organised.
Key Responsibilities
Answering and directing incoming phone calls
Greeting clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
Maintaining tidy and presentable meeting rooms
Managing incoming and outgoing mail
Organising physical and digital filing systems
Keeping client information up to date in our database
Coordinating appointments and managing the office calendar
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in a reception or customer service role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
A friendly, confident phone manner
Ability to work well within a team and support others as needed
